With a strong background in biology, nursing, and cosmetic science, Chelsey brings a unique blend of expertise, professionalism, and artistry to the Rootbar brand. After successfully growing multiple clinic locations and building high-performing teams, she is excited to bring Rootbar’s signature express-luxury experience to the Ottawa community.

Chelsey is known for her warm leadership style, commitment to education, and drive to create beautiful spaces where both clients and stylists feel supported. She believes great hair should feel effortless — and she’s dedicated to building a Rootbar location that reflects that philosophy.

When she’s not in the salon, Chelsey loves learning, teaching, and connecting with her community. She is passionate about empowering women and helping people feel confident in their everyday lives.
